The Hull mine todays natural wonder fluorescent mineral wall is part of the historic Rialto Group in the Castle Dome Mining District. The rich rich heritage of the Arizona's longest worked mining district, once spread about 7 miles on the West side of the Castle Dome Mountains. Other mines in the area include Chief of Dome claim, Railroad Mine, The Diana Railroad claim, The Surprise claim and The Pocahontas Mine claim.
Located at the Hull Mine is the infamous Broken Blade Saloon with the undertaker right next door, the mining supply and near by is The Delmonico cook House.
You will see the trestle with ore cars on top. These same cars were pushed underground to bring the ore to the surface. Some of the mines went down 750 feet . (think of over 2 football fields)
The Hull Mine is home to the natural wonder florescent mineral wall a once in a lifetime viewing of a spectacular natural light show that makes for a memorable trip to the Castle Dome Museum. The Cavern is about 30 feet wide and over 50 feet tall with glowing minerals covering most of it. This is reported to be the most spectacular mineral walls ever viewed.
